forgotten." That's the sentiment expressed in the 2002 Disney animated
classic Lilo & Stitch. But on Friday, Nov. 21, Kourtney Kardashian shared another message from the beloved film, which left fans questioning the status of her relationship with longtime partner Scott Disick.
Posting a picture from the Disney film with the words, "If you want to leave, you can. I'll remember you, though. I remember everyone that leaves," the pregnant mother of two, 35, captioned the image with a broken heart.
On the spin-off series Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons, the eldest Kardashian sibling — now expecting her third child — has been struggling in her relationship with the father of her children. After Disick lost both of his parents earlier this year, he's been partying much more, visiting the hospital to get his stomach pumped during a recent episode in which he excessively drank and then swallowed an entire bottle of sleeping pills.

He had promised to stay sober until Kardashian gave birth later this year, but the couple has been fighting much more than usual, with Disick claiming his girlfriend is unsympathetic to his pain and grief. Neither one has commented on any troubles since Kardashian's post.
